Mono 2: One-room flat with double bed, kitchenette and bathroom with shower.

Mono 3: One-room flat with one double bed and one single bed or sofabed, kitchenette and bathroom with shower.

Bilo 4: Two-room flat with one room with double bed plus double bed-settee in the sitting room. Equipped kitchenette and bathroom with shower.

Bilo 5: Two-room flat with one double room with third bed, plus double bed-settee in the sitting room. Equipped kitchenette and bathroom with shower.

Trilo 4: Three-room flat with two double rooms, equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. In some cases the three-room flats also have a second toilet with shower.
