Reception
Our reception is open between the hours of 08.00 and 22.00, if you have any urgent problems outside of these hours please contact one of our security staff. Check in is from 1pm onwards and checkout is by 11am.
Information & Excursions
Our helpful staff at the information point have everything you need to experience the best of Venice and the local area.
Internet
The internet point is open between 08.00 and 22.00 for all online access. We also have WiFi available.
Shopping
Our market is open 08.00-12.30 and 17.00-20.00 every day and it offers you a wide range of typical local Italian produce and international products.
Every morning fresh fruit and vegetables, milk and bread are delivered. Pick up everything you need in the way of camping equipment, gas bottles, toiletries and a wide selection of souvenirs.
Pool
The pool is a great way to relax after a long hot day in Venice. The pool is open every day from 9.00 till 20.00 (June, July and August) and there is always a life guard present.
Soak those tired feet in one of the Jacuzzis or stretch out on a sun lounger with a good book.
Bars & Restaurants
Breakfast is available in the morning from the café bar, from 07.30(15.05-15.10) or 08.00(16.10 -14.05), which also serves sandwiches and tasty snacks throughout the day until close at 00.00.
Enjoy our local Veneto specialities in the Restaurant Alba D'Oro, open from 12.00-02.30 for lunch and 19.00-22.30 for dinner , or choose one of our delicious pizzas and pastas from the pizzeria.
The take away is open from 19.00- 23.00 for hot snacks, sandwiches, burgers and salads.
Between 7 and 8 in the evening, everyone gets together for happy hour at the café bar, and for those who don't want to go to bed early, our Gondola Pub is open 21.00-02.30, serving beers, cocktails and the latest DJ sounds.
Sports & Entertainment
Venice doesn't have to be all about walking over bridges or spending hours in art galleries and museums. When you feel like relaxing, Camping Village Alba d'Oro offers a gym area, football pitch and table tennis tables.
Shuttle Service
Venice is completely accessible with our private shuttle from the campsite. Our shuttle bus is available from 15th May to 15th October. When you want to return just look for section D1 in the main bus area.

Alternative, public bus n. 5 to the airport, then change into bus n 15 in direction Ca' Noghera, get off at the 4th stop right in front of the campsite.
Cancellations must be done at least 24hrs before checkin to avoid being charged for your first night's stay. If you are leaving late feel free to put your bags in the lockup to catch a few extra rays by the pool.
Money Matters
Inside the campsite we use a rechargeable Chip-Card system as a method of payment. Each guest will receive a rechargeable chip-card and for the duration of their stay, this will be the only method of payment accepted.
The empty cards can be collected from reception and they must be returned when departing, otherwise there is a €5.00 fee for each card that is not returned.
You can charge your cards with cash and request a refund of the balance at reception. Each time you pay with your card, you will be given a receipt showing your balance. We suggest you always keep the last receipt to remind yourself of the balance or in the instance of a lost or stolen card, a refund.
