ECV offers comfortable mobile homes, fully equipped bungalow and villa apartments, and shaded camping pitches suitable for tents, campervans and caravans.
You can choose which day you would like to arrive. However, in some cases you may be asked to adjust your dates slightly so as to maximise occupation of our accommodation.
The minimum number of nights differs depending on the type of accommodation and destination. In high season there's normally a minimum stay of three or four nights. In low season it's usually two nights.
The price will remain the same. However, if you have any questions about things you cannot find on the internet site, you can always contact the campsite you are interested in.
Yes you can make a booking over the phone provided you confirm the reservation in writing.

Yes, you can make changes to your reservation if there is availability for the change of dates requested. Please contact the reservation office of the campsite you have booked to request any changes.
If you inform the campsite immediately (the same day), they can cancel your booking at no extra charge.
ECV mobile homes normally have a terrace or a wooden veranda. A terrace is at ground level and can be made up of different materials, for example wood or pavers. A wooden veranda is always elevated. All Botticelli mobile homes have a covered wooden veranda. Where a mobile home may not have a terrace or wooden veranda garden furniture is placed in front of the mobile home. On each campsite page we have indicated how far the campsite is situated from various cities in Italy and the nearest airports, train stations and autostradas.
We have some of the best locations at the campsites. When making a reservation you can sometimes ask for a preference to be placed in a specific spot.
ECV mobile accommodation is no more than 5 years old, whereas the Tuscan Villa dates back to the 15th Century. Our campsite managers ensure that all accommodation is in perfect condition.
You can reserve a baby equipment such as a cot and a highchair. The cost is €2 per item per night. There is no blanket provided with the cot so you will have to bring this yourself.
On the campsite pages it will state if pets are allowed or not and any extra charge if applicable. However, pets are not permitted to stay inside the mobile accommodation. All dogs must be kept on a leash and most campsites have a compulsory cleaning fee. If you would like to bring more than one pet with you, it would be advisable to contact the campsite directly.
At most campsites, only one car can be parked next to the accommodation. Please call the campsite directly regarding a second vehicle. In some cases, you may have to park a second or third car in the main parking area and the campsite may charge extra for this. Any extra charges will be payable at the campsite.

Most campsites will not allow this. To avoid any problems on arrival at a campsite it is advisable to contact them directly before booking.
You can cancel a booking at any time. Cancellation charges will be levied according to our terms and conditions.
The Giotto is a comfortable 8m x 3m and the Botticelli is a spacious 8m x 5m. There are smaller mobiles available at some campsites with minimum facilities
No, but there are some 3 bedroom apartments available in the villa at the Norcenni Girasole campsite.
The dimensions of the beds vary at each campsite and type of accommodation and can range from 1.80 to 2.00 meters long.

All of the apartments and nearly all mobile home types have a refrigerator with a separate freezer section. See the campsite pages for full details.
All Giotto and Botticelli mobile homes have air conditioning/ heater. However, usage of the air conditioning is not always included in the price. Any extra costs for the air-conditioning will be stated above the campsite price panel at the bottom of the page.
The space between the beds is not wide enough for a child's camp bed. However, it may be possible to put one of the beds on its side to make room for the camp bed. Alternatively you can place your child’s bed in the living room.
Mobile homes and bungalows are equipped for a maximum of six people. In some cases exceptions can be made which will be stated in the special remarks on the campsite page.
In some cases this will be permitted, but only when it's for one family. ECV accommodation is made for six people so you will have to ask the campsite for permission to allow an extra person in the same unit of accommodation.

These photos are representative of the interior of our accommodation but they do vary from campsite to campsite. They may also have different furniture or upholstery.
Once you have made a booking you will be asked for a deposit which can be made by credit card, debit card or cheque. Ten weeks prior to the start of your holiday you will receive a reminder for the final payment, which is due eight weeks before departure. If you book within 10 weeks before the start of your holiday we will need the full amount. You can pay via internet banking, cheque, debit card, credit card, cash deposit at your bank or a cash deposit at our office.
The deposit varies depending on the campsite and the type of booking. If the accommodation is not left in a reasonable state €40 will be deducted from the deposit. Where small animals have stayed in the accommodation there is an obligatory €60 cleaning fee.

The mobile home accommodation is equipped for up to 6 people. The only items you will need are towels, tea towels and bed linen, however these are available for hire from the campsite. Pillows and blankets are normally provided in the mobile homes. If staying in a tent bed all linen is provided. A European socket adaptor is also very useful. Insect repellent may also be useful during the summer months.
A valid passport for every member of the party. Also, if you are taking a child who is not a family member, you will need a letter of authority from their parents or guardian.
In Italy it is vital to have a security vest and a first aid kit in your car. People leaving the car have to wear the security vest. This is now obligatory in more European countries, so we strongly advise you to buy a security vest and first aid kit and have these in your car where you travel. In addition, take a spare pair of glasses in case of emergencies Further information about safety rules are available at the local tourist office and/or Italian embassy.
When you arrive at the campsite go to the reception. They are very helpful and will provide you with any information you may need and will show you to your accommodation.
This is normally between € 50 and € 300. This will be returned to you at the end of your stay on the condition your accommodation is left in a clean and satisfactory condition. The amount will be stated on your travel documents. Arrival and departure times are shown on your confirmation and you should arrange for your accommodation to be checked over before you leave and within the given departure hours.
This depends on the campsite. You can pay for the deposit in cash and in some cases with a credit card. Our operators will be happy to help you with any queries.
To ensure your accommodation is left in a satisfactory condition when you leave the campsite. If your accommodation is not in the same condition as when you arrived, the campsite manager may decide to retain part or all of your deposit.
Usually the car can be parked next to the accommodation. If you want to park more than one car next to the accommodation, you will have to contact the campsite directly. The campsite may charge extra for a second or third car.

This is allowed at many campsites. Sometimes, the local authorities will not allow open fires, including barbecues as its classed as a fire hazard for the surrounding area. However, in general electric and gas barbecues are permitted. You can check this on our website or ask the campsite directly.

The main facilities such as the swimming pool are often open for the whole season. However, in low season, some facilities may not be available or may be limited. In particular, the campsite's shop and the restaurant may only be open in high season. We do state when a specific facility will be open on the campsites page. In some cases some facilities may close in the afternoon for the siesta period.
Every campsite has its own set of rules, which must be adhered to. The swimming pool area must be kept safe and there will be a set of rules which must be obeyed. In Italy, some of the campsites state a bathing cap must be worn. In some Bermuda-style swimming shorts may not be permitted. Please be aware that the swimming pool may sometimes close in afternoons for the siesta period. Your deposit will be returned to you if your accommodation is left in a clean and satisfactory state. Some campsites have a cleaning fee but this will be stated in the special remarks section on the campsite page if relevant. Small pets attract a compulsory €60 final cleaning fee.
Every campsite has a 24 hour security patrol. Some require a bracelet to be worn or camping pass to be shown to the staff at the gate and on request. Safety deposit boxes are available at reception.
All pitches have access to fresh water and electricity, these are included in the price. Single sex shower facilities with WC Kimik services are available in all campsites.
All of our campsites have internet terminals and many now have WiFi in certain areas. Please check the campsite pages for full details.
Our professional animation teams provide daily activities and entertainment for children between the ages of 4 and 12 at Norcenni Girasole Club, Park Albatros, Camping I Pini and Camping Fabulous. Please see the campsite pages for further details of dates and times.
There is a questionnaire available at the reception of the campsite which you can use to give us feedback in regards to your holiday. If this is not enough, you can always contact the campsite who will be happy to listen to your comments.
Yes, the campsite will book the your chosen campsite and dates, however we will ask for €100 deposit. We will inform you when the prices have been released and then you can decide whether to confirm your booking or cancel it. If you cancel, we will refund your deposit.
If you made a booking with us in 2007/2008, you will automatically receive the new brochure. From May/June 2008 you can reserve your holiday for the following year.
